It is designed with you at the centre, to ensure the highest standard of care and satisfaction at every stage, from planning to aftercare.
Here's an overview of what to expect:
1. Planning & Design
We start with a consultation to learn more about you and what you would like to achieve. We then create a 3D scan of your teeth using the latest scanners and work with you to design the perfect shape and form before even committing having any treatment.
2. Surgery Day
Your dedicated team is waiting for you on standby as soon as you arrive at the clinic. This is an important decision, and we're here to support you all the way.
Under pain-free sedation, we place your implants. For the “One Day” procedure you'll then retire to your private patient room to relax and recover while our on-site lab crafts your initial prosthesis. By late afternoon, your prosthesis is fitted and you'll be ready to depart with your chaperone.
For single implants, the procedure is completed under local anaesthetic, typically requiring a much shorter appointment.
3. Healing Period
We schedule as many reviews as necessary to ensure the success of the procedure and that everything is healing properly. We also guide you with detailed instructions on how to care for your dentures during the healing process.
4. Fitting & Aftercare
Finally we are at the point where the magic happens – we get to replace your provisional prosthesis with your carefully crafted teeth, ensuring a perfect fit.
Optionally, we offer an aftercare plan that is much like an insurance policy, covering any breakages or losses and includes free hygiene appointments every 6 months. This adds the extra support you might consider to ensure the longevity of your beautiful new smile.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a dentist. From when you initially call and when you go for your first check up you're really taken care of. The receptionist I had initially spoken to was so amazing at getting me an appointment even though they were really busy. I spoke with Dr Bhatt who was extremely caring, I explained my anxiety with visiting the dentist and he took that extra bit of time to thoroughly explain everything so there were no surprises. I can't recommend this practice enough, first good experience I've had with a dentist in a very long time and the entire treatment was pain-free. I can't stop smiling!
